• Organized syndication of 19-apartment package for a total of 1,903 units with a current value of 145 Million Dollars in Houston, Texas. Ezio provided seed capital for the project
• Co-Owner and Managing Partner for Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, a 2,000-lot golf and recreational community
• Co-Owner and Principal Developer of several mixed-use communities in the Western U.S. involving over 10.000 acres of land

• Marketed the China International Science & Technology Center, Beijing, China (Convention and Exposition Center, Office Building, Hotel) valued at 200 Million Dollars
• For 22 years owned and operated 135-station call center, marketing company’s own products and services as well as on contract for others as well as acting as a mortgage company and a lender.
