Switzerland’s WIR Bank Trade System has assembled a network of
affiliated brokers, who are authorized to provide the
System’s financial service to real estate investors.
Currently, in the network, there are 502 real estate
brokers and 43 accommodators and they close over 1.5
billion dollars in annual exchange volume.
To become affiliated with the American Trade System
(ATS)
Brokers enter into an
agreement with the
International Real
Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX), a sister company to
ATS. IREEX has an agreement to be the exclusive portal
for ATS’s services to the real estate sector.
Brokers are provided the tools and training to
effectively use the financial model to originate and
close transactions not doable without the system.
