Ezio Valentini, born, raised and educated in Europe is now a U.S. citizen. He practiced business and real estate in Italy, Switzerland and Austria for 15 years before entering the U.S. He is a sales and marketing specialist with wide experience in real estate investment, development and marketing. A Co-Founder of the Hawk Group he lead the company to the acquisition, development and marketing of 13 real estate subdivisions and the establishment and operation of call center operations responsible for the sales and marketing of various products and services. He has held real estate broker’s licenses in 9 U.S. jurisdictions including his present Nevada and California licenses. A graduate of the Stresa Institute, he directed the R&D of a web-based trade operation, which has resulted in the launching of the American Trade System (ATS) and the International Real Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX).

A Utah native, Rebecca has attended the LDS Business College and has performed the duties of Administrator and Director of Operations for the company since its inception. Rebecca has held real estate licenses since 1980 including her present licenses in Nevada and California. In addition to her administration duties she is responsible for the support operation and takes an active part in the sales operation of the company.  Rebecca works closely with software analysts and developers to meet the company’s technology needs.

Mr. Parker holds a B.S. in Political Science/Pre Law from Weber State University and, as Director at the University of Phoenix, revamped the organization and guided his department to an increase, over expectations, of 117%. Mr. Parker also consulted with small and medium size businesses concerning growth strategies. In 1999, Mr. Parker founded a software training company which he later sold to a group of investors. His specialization is in organization as well as sales and marketing planning and implementation. Mr. Parker has been married for 13 years and has two boys eight and six. He loves golfing in the summer, and skiing in the winter,

Mr. Leonard has degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. With twenty-six years of experience in the Information Services industry, he brings experience and expertise to the company. He researches the latest in technology to determine how or if it can benefit the company's technology platform. A proponent of data driven applications, he constantly pushes the company applications toward secure data driven web models, utilizing the latest in ASP.NET, DHTML, Windows Presentation Foundation, Silverlight and other event driven languages.
