The International Real Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX) is a fully licensed real estate operation contracted to provide services related to the American Trade Cooperative and to facilitate the use of the System. 

IREEX acts as a conduit to the real estate industry authorized to enter into agreements with real estate principals and practitioners and to provide affiliation agreements, training, certification and support. IREEX was created to insure that all aspects of real estate laws are complied with in conjunction with the American Trade Cooperative operation.  

The  American Trade Cooperative is a business and real estate cooperative designed to operate like WIR Bank, a Swiss trade and banking organization that has provided services to the real estate industry for many years in that country. The methods used are safe, regulated and extremely effective in facilitating many types of real estate transactions.

The WIR Bank Cooperative and the American Trade Cooperative bring a new and innovative financing and credit source that permits the “monetization” of soft assets, which can result in increases in transaction volume for brokers and agents.

Our parent company has operated since 1974 and our current management team has over 125 years of collective experience in real estate. Our CEO, Ezio Valentini, owns an enviable record as a broker, investor, developer, syndicator, lender and a sales and marketing specialist. He is responsible for developing programs that have generated billions of dollars in sales.
